*20% Gratuity to your chauffeur will be added to all rides.
 *12% Administration fee will be added to all rides.
 *All out of pocket expenses including two way tolls, parking, airport fee will be added to your bill.
 *Wait time (after first 15 minutes) $1 per minute. (We don't charge wait time at the airport)
 *Extra stops (minimum charge) $12 charged accordingly based on locations and wait time.
 *Malden Car Service shall not be responsible for delays or services not rendered due to circumstances beyond      its control including but not limited to bad weather, road conditions and vehicle breakdowns.
 *A cancellation fee equal to the trip cost, will be charged for any cancellation made less than two hours before       the scheduled pick-up time for Sedans and SUVs, 48 hours is required for VANs and 7 days for Strech                   Limousines.
 *A no show fee equal to the trip cost, including applicable waiting time and tolls, will be charged when the            passenger fails to show at the designated location. If you can not locate your chauffeur, please call (617)202-    9494 to avoid a no-show billing.

 *Chauffeurs do not handle any type of payment. All charges have to be made through our corporate office.
